How do I change or reset password?

Your password can be changed or reset either inside AvPlan EFB or on our website.

To change or reset your password in the app, open AvPlan EFB and tap Settings, User Settings, Username. Tap Reset Password to have a new password emailed to you.

On our website, head to https://www.avplan-efb.com/my-account/ to reset your password. You can also change your password once you log into the My Account section of our website at https://www.avplan-efb.com/my-account/lost-password/
